边坡生态防护工法的生态成本分析

摘  要：
指出了工程建设中,除需付出工程成本外,生态环境也付出了代价,所以在计算生态边坡防护的成本时,必须全面估算其生态成本和经济成本。运用生态环境经济学的基本原理,探讨了边坡生态防护的生态成本,采用的评价方法有防护费用法、恢复费用法、生产力变化法等。运用这些方法对某公路边坡生态防护工法的生态成本进行了货币化计量,结果表明:其生态成本与工程的经济成本大致相当,经济评价中生态成本不可忽略。为边坡生态防护的经济分析提供了基本方法。

摘  要：
In engineering construction,besides paying the project cost,the ecological environment also pays a price.So,when calculating the cost of ecological slope protection,ecological cost and economic cost must be comprehensively estimated.This paper focuses on the evaluation methods of ecological costs,such as prevention costs,recovery expense,productivity change method,etc.and carries on the monetary measurement to the ecological cost of a certain highway slope ecological protection method.It is concluded that the ecological cost is about the same as the economic cost.So,the ecological cost cannot be ignored in the economic evaluation.
