大连市文化资源的创新发展必须重视大连历史文化、地域文化、民族文化等特色文化资源,以讲述大连故事吸引世界目光。大连故事分为社会历史篇、民俗风情篇和当代发展篇,通过历史文化特色小镇彰显民族精神,以少数民族文化主题公园展现民间活力,以创意产业和生态旅游传递城市的浪漫与温馨,从而提升大连特色文化资源的内在价值,创新文化资源发展思路。

摘  要：
The innovation and development of cultural resources in Dalian must pay attention to the historical and cultural resources,regional culture and national culture,so as to tell the Dalian story to attract the eye of the world. The story of Dalian is divided into social history,folk custom and contemporary development text. The national spirit is displayed through the historical and cultural towns, and the folk vitality is displayed in the minority cultural theme park, the romantic and warm of the city is passed through the creative industry and ecotourism, thus promoting the intrinsic value of the cultural resources of Dalian and innovating of cultural resources development ideas.
