基于太阳能-市电互补的农村道路照明LED电源转换装置设计

摘 要:
传统的道路照明LED蓄电多采用市电和太阳能共同充电模式,使得蓄电池在照明LED工作期间始终处于全时间工作状态,造成蓄电池寿命严重下降.针对上述问题,文章设计了一种电源转换装置,该装置可实时监测蓄电池电压,当蓄电池电压高于42 V时,由蓄电池给照明驱动电路供电.当蓄电池电压低于42 V时,转换为市电给照明驱动电路供电,实现对照明LED供电来源的按需转换控制.同时,进一步以单片机、时钟电路、感光电路为基础搭建智能控制器,使该照明系统具有适应季节和天气变化的特性.该装置经仿真验证试验,可正常工作且满足道路照明需求.

摘 要:
The traditional road lighting LED power storage adopts the mains power and solar energy common charging mode, so that the battery is always in the working state during the working of the LED, which causes the battery life to be seriously degraded. To solve the above problems, this paper designs a power conversion device that can monitor the battery voltage in real time. When the battery voltage is higher than 42 V, the battery will supply power to the lighting drive circuit. When the battery voltage is lower than 42 V, it will be converted to commercial power, the lighting driver circuit supplies power to achieve on-demand switching control of the lighting LED power source. At the same time, the intelligent controller is further built on the basis of single chip microcomputer, clock circuit and photosensitive circuit, so that the lighting system has the characteristics of adapting to seasonal and weather changes. The device has been verified by simulation and can work normally and meet the needs of road lighting. Therefore, this device has a positive significance for street lamp energy saving research.
