棱柄马鞍菌粗提物提取工艺优化及其抗氧化活性

摘  要:
通过单因素实验研究了提取温度、时间、料液比和乙醇浓度对棱柄马鞍菌(Helvella lacunosa)粗提物得率的影响,并测定了其对DPPH和ABTS自由基的清除率。结果表明:棱柄马鞍菌粗提物的最佳提取工艺为提取温度70℃、提取时间3h、料液比1∶30和乙醇终浓度此时粗提物得率为(5.8±0.5)%。随粗提物浓度增加,清除率逐渐增大,当浓度为10mg/mL时对DPPH自由基的清除率最大,为(61.5±0.6)%;当浓度为5mg/mL时对ABTS自由基的清除率最大,为(67.6±1.0)%。

摘  要:
The effects of extraction temperature,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and the final ethanol concentration used for precipitation on the yield of crude material extracted from powdered fruit bodies of Helvella lacunosa,and the capacity of the extracts to scavenge DPPH and ABTS radicals,were determined.Maximum yields(5.8±0.5)% were attained using an extraction temperature of 70 ℃,an extraction time of3 h,a solid-liquid ratio of 1:30(g/mL),and ethanol to a final concentration of 90%.Highest DPPH and ABTS radical-scavenging activities of(61.5±0.6)% and(67.6±1.0)%,respectively were recorded at corresponding extract concentrations of 10mg/mL and 5mg/mL.
