介绍了普洱市烟农科技信息服务平台烟农网、烟叶通、客服呼叫中心和烟农短信互动平台4个服务平台的功能模块及实现方法,分别以传统互联网、移动互联网、电话语音、手机短信4种方式为烟农提供科技信息服务,取得了良好的应用效果,为烟农信息服务平台的建设提供了参考。

摘 要：
The functional modules and the implementation of Pu'er City technology information service for tobacco growers information system were briefly described in this article.The information system included tobacco growers website,tobacco proficient,customer service call centers and tobacco growers SMS interactive platform.By the traditional internet,mobile internet,telephone voice,mobile phone SMS,the information system provided tobacco growers with scientific and technological information services,and achieved good effect.The result could provide a reference for the construction of tobacco growers information service platform.
