文章介绍了江苏省地市级农区所区域特色新型学科发展研究背景,分析了农区所近3年来在学科研究体系、人才团队建设、科技创新条件、科技服务能力等方面的建设成效,针对问题提出平衡各农区所发展、提供充足的科研项目经费、培育高质量成果、整合重点建设学科等对策和建议,以期为农区所特色学科建设提供借鉴。

摘  要：
Research backgrounds of characteristic disciplines in the municipal agricultural research institutions of Jiangsu Province were introduced in the paper. The construction effects were analyzed, which includes the subject research systems, the talent team building, scientific and technological innovation conditions and the scientific and technical service capabilities. Besides, suggestions were put forward, such as balance the regional development, provide adequate funding for research, creat high-quality achievements, integrate key construction disciplines. These will provide references for characteristic discipline construction of municipal agricultural research institutions.
