用微卫星标记分析福建地方山羊品种及波尔山羊的遗传多样性

摘  要:
用OARAE101、OARFCB11、MCM218、MCM38、BMS2508、BM143、INRA063及MAF65等8个微卫星座位,对福清山羊、戴云山羊及波尔山羊11个群体350份样本进行遗传多样性检测.结果表明:(1)11群体共检测到69个等位基因,平均每个座位为8.60个,其中23个等位基因为11个群体所共有,4个等位基因为福建地方山羊所特有;(2)福清山羊、戴云山羊和波尔山羊总的有效等位基因数分别为5.33、4.58和4.80;(3)福清山羊的平均杂合度为0.7889,戴云山羊为0.7745,波尔山羊为0.7930;(4)福清山羊与戴云山羊Nei氏标准遗传距离为0.2415-0.3485,与波尔山羊为0.4552-0.5767,戴云山羊与波尔山羊为0.5845-0.7026.本结果表明福建地方山羊的遗传多样性丰富,具有较高的选择潜力.

摘  要:
The genetic diversity and relationship of 11 goat populations of Fuqing goat,Daiyun goat and Boer goat were analyzed with 8 microsatellite loci(OARAE101,OARAE101,OARFCB11,MCM218,MCM38,BMS2508,BM143,INRA063 and MAF65).The results were showed as follows.(1) Sixty-nine alleles were got at all loci and the average number was 8.60 in one locus.Twenty-three alleles were owned by 11 populations.Four alleles were owned by Fujian goat.(2) The effective numbers of allele were 5.33,4.58,4.80 in Fuqing goat,Daiyun goat and Boer goat respectively.(3) The average heterozygosities were 0.7889,0.7745,0.7930 in Fuqing goat,Daiyun goat and boer goat respectively.(4) The Nei standard genetic distances between Fuqing goat and Daiyun goat,Fuqing goat and Boer goat,Daiyun goat and Boer goat were 0.2415-0.3485,0.4552-0.5767,0.5845-0.7026 respectively.We concluded that Fujian local goat had their own characteristics and rich diversity with high selective potential.
