甘肃省猪日本脑炎血清学调查

摘  要：
为了解甘肃省猪日本脑炎病毒(JEV)的感染情况,采用间接ELISA法对甘肃省部分地区的1258份猪血清样本进行了猪日本脑炎抗体检测。结果显示,抗体总阳性率为73.3%,其中3月龄以下抗体阳性率为63.7%,3月龄以上为78.1%,且抗体滴度高于3月龄以下猪群,通过t检验,二者阳性率存在显著性差异。不同地区中,陇南、天水为最高,甘南最低。甘肃省猪群存在JEV感染,且感染率较高。

摘  要：
In order to investigate JEV sero-epidemiology of pigs in Gansu province.Serum samples were collected from different geographical regions of Gansu province,and anti-JEV antibodies were detected by indirect ELISA.The result showed the average positive rates of anti-JEV antibodies were 73.3%.There were 63.7 % and 78.1 % positive rates in under 3-month-old pigs and aobve 3-month-old pigs. The antibody titer was higher in more than 3-month-old pigs.By t-test,the positive rate was significant different.The positive rates of pigs in Tianshui and Longnan were the highest and in Gannan was the lowest. The infection of JEV in pigs exists in Gansu province,and there was higher infection rate.
