甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒光保护剂的筛选

摘  要:
以2龄初的甘蓝夜蛾幼虫为供试虫,通过生物测定确定荧光素钠、活性碳、黑色素3种物质对MbNPV的光保护作用。结果表明:0.1%的黑色素对MbNPV的光保护作用最强,紫外光照20、40、60 min后幼虫的校正死亡率显著高于其它处理。

摘  要:
Taking two-instar Mamestra brassicae as experimental worm,the lit protection of uranin,activated carbon and melanin to MbNPV was defined by bioassay.The result indicated that 0.1% melanin had the strongest photoprotection to MbNPV.Being exposure under the ultraviolet light for 20,40 and 60 minutes,the experimental worm's corrected mortality had a remarkably increase than other treatments.
