艰难梭菌毒素功能区的免疫原性及其疫苗应用的研究进展

摘  要:
随着人们对抗生素的使用日益普遍,艰难梭菌感染的发病率和疾病的严重程度在全球范围内呈大幅度上升趋势。目前国内外均出现同时耐特效药甲硝唑、万古霉素的艰难梭菌菌株,艰难梭菌的治疗难度加大。因此,探讨艰难梭菌毒素功能区的免疫原性,研制高效疫苗是进行艰难梭菌相关性疾病治疗及预防的关键。本文从艰难梭菌两种主要毒素tcd A和tcd B的基本性质、致病性和功能区免疫机制入手,综合阐述了几类特效疫苗的原理及应用。

摘  要:
As the increasingly use of antibiotics, the incidence of Clostridium difficile infection and disease severity on a global scale is sharply rising. Metronidazole and vancomycin is the mainstay of treatment for the disease. Domestic and overseas there have been appeared simultaneously metronidazole and vancomycin resistant strains of Clostridium difficile,which brings difficulties for the treatment of Clostridium difficile. In order to provide effective protection and vaccine development of Clostridium difficile- associated disease,we should reveal the immune mechanism of the toxin function. In this paper, two major toxin of Clostridium difficile tcd A and tcd B have been described, the pathogenic factors and the immune mechanism of comprehensive expounds the principle and application of several types of the effective vaccine.
