90 piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Large white) weaned at 28th day were used to study the effect of exogenous nucleotides compound on the growth performance and antioxidant function in weaned piglets. The piglets were allotted randomly into three groups, each group had 3 replicates of 10 piglets. The experimental groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.15% and 0.25% exogenous nucleotides compound respectively.Compared to the control group, there was a tendency to increase average daily gain, daily feed intake and decrease feed conversion efficiency by 0.25% exogenous nucleotides compound supplementation in diet(P>0.05),diarrhea frequency was significantly decreased(P<0.05).SOD,T-AOC and CAT activity at 14th day were significantly increased(P<0.05),content of MDA at 7th and 14th day were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The result indicated that could increase growth performance and improve the antioxidant function significantly by 0.25% the addition of 0.25% exogenous nucleotides compoud supplementation indiet.
