高浓度变性淀粉生产废水厌氧生物处理

摘  要:
利用膨胀颗粒污泥床(EGSB)反应器厌氧生物处理高浓度变性淀粉生产废水,通过逐步提高厌氧反应器的有机负荷在65天内完成厌氧反应器的启动,主要标志为颗粒化污泥的出现以及稳定的有机物(以COD表示)去除效果(达到74%),有机负荷达到6kg/m3.d。通过工程实践表明EGSB厌氧反应器可以有效地降解高浓度变性淀粉生产废水中的有机物。

摘  要:
Expanded granular sludge bed (EGSB) anaerobic bio-reactor(DN715 m)was used to treat high-srength metamorphic amylum production wastewater. By increasing the orgniac loading of the reactor step by step, the start-up of anaerobic EGSB reactor was completed in 65 days and the granular sludge was found in the reactor.With the loading rate of 6kgm~(-3)d~(-1) , the average COD removal rate was 74%, and the COD content of the effluent was about 1000 mgL~(-1).The result showed that EGSB anaerobic bioreactor can treat this kind of wastewater effectively.
