R2000WF喷头与摇臂式喷头水力性能的比较研究

摘  要:
介绍Nelson公司R2000WF喷头的结构组成和工作原理,对R2000WF喷头和相近摇臂式喷头的水力性能进行了比较试验和分析。研究表明:在相同额定工作压力下,R2000WF喷头与摇臂式喷头相比,其流量平均要小13.2%,射程平均增大4.5%,末端水滴直径小,水量分布更均匀。由于其独特的阻尼部件,R2000WF喷头转速慢而稳定,工作可靠,使用寿命较长。R2000WF喷头在0.2~0.25 MPa工作压力下水力性能优于相近摇臂式喷头,完全符合喷灌工程技术规范。

摘  要:
The structural composition and working principle of R2000WF rotator manufactured by the Nelson Company were introduced in this paper.Comparative experiment and analysis of hydraulic performance between R2000WF rotator and typical impact sprinkler were carried out.The results showed that under the same working pressure and compared with the impact sprinkler,the R2000WF rotator had less average flow rate by 13.2%,larger average pattern radius by 4.5%,smaller droplet diameter at the end stream and more uniform water distribution.By using unique damping parts,the R2000WF rotator can rotate slowly and stably and work reliably.The R2000WF rotator has better hydraulic performance than the compared impact sprinkler at the working pressures of 0.2~0.25 MPa,and are completely in accord with the technical code for sprinkler engineering.
