苹果产业龙头企业组织创新动因的实证研究

摘  要:
在2008年全球金融风暴的负面影响下,我国大多数企业遭到了不同程度的冲击。随着经济形势的好转,部分企业的经营状况得到了一些改善,但仍未彻底摆脱困境,苹果产业也不例外。金融危机使越来越多的企业认识到了自身存在的众多问题,苹果产业要想获得长足、稳定的发展,也迫切需要解决这些问题,而组织创新是企业进行自身改造和持续发展的有效措施之一。本文以现有组织创新动因相关文献为研究基础,根据OIM问卷,通过因子分析等实证方法,在对数据信度和效度的检验分析的基础上,对影响苹果产业龙头企业组织创新的动因进行了识别,实证了苹果产业龙头企业组织创新动因的识别模型,把影响苹果产业龙头企业组织创新的内部动因定位于苹果产业龙头企业战略的调整、组织规模发展以及苹果产业龙头企业文化变迁,把影响苹果产业龙头企业组织创新的外部动因定位于技术推动、市场需求以及政府调控。继而,分析了组织创新内部动因和外部动因之间的关系,研究了组织创新动因的耦合对组织创新的作用机理。

摘  要:
Due to the negative effects of the global financial turmoil in 2008,the majority of enterprises in China have been impacted in great degrees.As the the economic situation got better,some of the business status got a little improvement,but they still can not get out of the corner thoroughly,including Apple industry.In this context,it was urgent to address many problems of Apple industry in order to obtain stable development.And organizational innovation was an effective measure to achieve sustainable development and transformation.According to the existing literature of organizational innovation motivation,through OIM questionnaires,by factor analysis,based on the analysis of data reliability and validity of the test,the organizational innovative motivation of leading enterprises in Apple's industry was recognized,and the motivation identifying model was demonstrated.The inner motivations were corporation strategy,organizational scale and business culture,and the external motivations were technology promotion,market demand and government regulation.Then,the relationship between organizational inner motivations and external motivations was;and analyzed the coupled action mechanism between them was studied.
