摘 要:
对国内外红枣去核机器的发展情况进行综述,重点对国内现有的各种去核机进行论述,从结构组成、工作原理和特征方面进行深入的分析。在此基础上,从机器主传动机构工作方式、上料装置结构、去核方式以及枣的定位方式四个方面进行梳理和分类。针对现有红枣去核机普遍存在的不足,如破碎率高、枣核残留比例高及可靠性低等问题,通过分析指出定位不准确是导致破碎率、枣核残留比例高的主要因素,也是影响去核效果的关键因素。进而对现有的定位方式进行深入的结构分析和原理说明,指出各种定位方法的特点。最后,结合红枣去核行业发展的要求和国内产业发展规划,对红枣去核机技术的发展方向进行展望,提出四个重点发展的方向。

摘 要:
The research advance on the technology of the red jujube kernel removing machine in abroad and domestic were reviewed in this paper. First of all, the development status in overseas was introduced briefly, the mechanism structure, operating theory and working characteristics of the existing red jujube kernel removing machine at home were discussed carefully. On the basis of these discussions, the red jujube kernel removing machines were combed and clarified according to the four aspects, namely transmission scheme, feeding method, kernel removing mode and position methods of the jujube. Aiming at the problems of high broken rates, high percentages of kernel residual and poor adaptability. It was pointed out that the inaccurate position is the main reason which causes the above defects, also the key factors affecting the kernel removing quality was focused on. Furthermore, the structures and operating theories of the existing position and centralizing apparatus were analyzed thoroughly, each position characteristics were given. Finally, the future developing direction was prospected according to the requirements of the red jujube industry and the fruits planning in domestic, the four key development directions on the jujube kernel removing machine were put forward.
