2016年玛柯河林区森林防火人工增雨(雪)效果评估

摘  要:
基于2016年1-4月青海省果洛州玛柯河林区森林防火人工增雨(雪)作业情况,利用经典的区域历史回归统计方法,对2016玛柯河林区人工增雨(雪)效果进行了客观定量地评估,并从大气降水转化率、目标区与对比区降水差值等方面进行了进一步的验证。结果表明:在1-4月的作业期内,通过增雨作业为该地区增加降水11.7mm,相对增水率为13.4%,增雨效果明显,为降低林区森林火险等级,增加土壤含水量起到了积极的作用。

摘  要:
Seeding effects evaluation is one of the most important parts of weather modifition. Combining the precipitation enhancement activities for forest fire prevention in Makehe Forest Region,the seeding effects of precipitation enhancement from January to April in 2016 was assessed,based on the classical method of historical regional regression. Then it is more proof of the precipitation effect from precipitation conversion efficiency,the rainfall difference between the target area and control area. The results show that: in the operation period,cloud seeding increase the precipitation amount by 11. 7mm,the ratio of precipitation enhancement efficiency is 13. 4%,the seeding effect is obvious. The precipitation enhancement operation can produce positive effect in reducing forest fire rating and increasing soil moisture.
