摘 要：
研究了压铸铝发白处理工艺,探讨了溶液组成,操作等因素对钝化膜质量的影响,并测试了钝化膜的性能,结果表明:钝化膜具有银白色的光泽、一定的厚度和良好的耐蚀性能。

摘 要：
The technology of whitening die-casting aluminum was systematically studied in this paper.The influences of some important technologies such as solution composition and operational condition on the quality of passivation film were also studied. At the same time, the performance test of passivation film was done. The results showed that passivation owns characteristics of silvery white, certain thickness and good corrosion resistance of the coating of the products.
