不同栽培环境下涮涮辣生理性状研究

摘 要:
本试验以涮涮辣为主要材料,朝天椒和皱皮椒为参照材料,在大棚栽培和人工智能培养箱栽培的条件下对比、分析3种材料的相关生理指标。结果表明,①在大棚栽培环境下,涮涮辣电导率低于皱皮椒和朝天椒;人工智能培养箱培养后,3个品种电导率都上升,且涮涮辣上升幅度最低,伤害度最低。②在大棚栽培环境下,涮涮辣叶片中CAT含量低于皱皮椒和朝天椒;人工智能培养箱培养后,3个品种叶片CAT含量都呈上升趋势,且涮涮辣上升幅度最大。③在大棚栽培环境下,涮涮辣SOD活性高于皱皮椒和朝天椒;经人工智能培养箱培养后,SOD活性明显降低,且涮涮辣下降幅度最大。④在大棚栽培环境下,涮涮辣叶片中可溶性蛋白质含量略高于皱皮椒和朝天椒;经人工智能培养箱培养后,蛋白质含量增加,且涮涮辣增加的幅度最大。⑤在大棚栽培环境下,涮涮辣根系活力高于皱皮椒和朝天椒;经人工智能培养箱培养后,根系活力均呈上升趋势,但涮涮辣上升幅度最小。

摘 要:
In this experiment,Capsicum frutescens L. var. shuanlaense was used as the main material,Capsicum frutescens var. breviconoideum Haz and Capsicum frutescens var. fasciculatum stur were used as the reference materials,the relevant physiological indicators of the three materials were compared and analyzed under the conditions of greenhouse cultivation and artificial intelligence cultivation box cultivation.The results showed that,① In the greenhouse culture environment,the electrical conductivity of Capsicum frutescens L. var. shuanlaense was the lowest.After using the artificial intelligence cultivation box,the electrical conductivity of the three varieties all increased,and the increase range of Capsicum frutescens L.var. shuanlaense was the lowest rate and the harm degree was also the lowest.② In the greenhouse culture environment,the content of CAT in Capsicum frutescens L. var. shuanlaense leaves was lower than that in Capsicum frutescens var. breviconoideum Haz and Capsicum frutescens var.fasciculatum stur;after using the artificial intelligence cultivation box,the CAT content in leaves of the three varieties showed an increasing trend,and the Capsicum frutescens L. var. shuanlaense increased the most. ③In the greenhouse culture environment,SOD activity of Capsicum frutescens L. var. shuanlaense was the highest;After using the artificial intelligence cultivation box,the SOD activity decreased obviously,and the Capsicum frutescens L. var.shuanlaense decreased the most.④In the greenhouse culture environment,the soluble protein content of Capsicum frutescens L. var. shuanlaense leaves was slightly higher than that of Capsicum frutescens var. breviconoideum Haz and Capsicum frutescens var. fasciculatum stur. After using the artificial intelligence cultivation box,the protein content increased,and Capsicum frutescens L.var.shuanlaense increased the most. ⑤In the greenhouse culture environment,root vitality of Capsicum frutescens L. var. shuanlaense was the highest;after using the artificial intelligence cultivation box,the root vitality all presented the rising trend,but the rising range of Capsicum frutescens L. var. shuanlaense was the smallest.
