摘  要：
通过对南宁某规模猪场蓝耳、圆环病毒与多病原混合感染引起的疫情的病原及抗体水平检测与分析,对蓝耳、圆环病毒与多病原混合感染引起的疫情做出诊断并提出猪场整体控制措施。经过临床症状、病理剖解、细菌分离鉴定及抗原、抗体检测对疫情原因进行分析确诊。结果表明,本疫情主要是由蓝耳、圆环病毒与支原体、金黄色葡萄球菌、弓形虫等多病原引起的混合感染,猪场免疫程序存在一定缺陷。【结论】本规模猪场疫情复杂,进行疫病防治时不应仅针对某个病原进行,应从猪场整体考虑制定综合防治措施。

摘  要：
To diagnose an epidemic in a large-scale pig farm through the detection and analysis of pathogenic and antibody level and to put forward overall control measures. By analyzing the clinical symptoms,performing pathological anatomy,making isolation and identification of bacteria and doing antigen,antibody tests,the epidemic was diagnosed and causes were identified. The results show that the epidemic is mainly caused by mixed infections of PRRSV,PCV,Mycoplasma pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus,and Toxoplasma. There exist defects in the immune procedure of the pig farm. Conclusion the epidemic discussed is very complex. Instead of directing to a certain pathogen,the overall situation of the pig farm should be taken into account when considering the disease prevention and control.
