摘 要：
实现农业与旅游业的融合发展,是当前城中田园功能改造的一个新趋势。基于AHP和SWOT的综合分析,湖北省潜江市华中产业新城田园文旅开发可以采用重点突破、供给补位、产业融合、区域联动的进取型旅游开发战略。通过对开发战略的解析发现,规划区的旅游功能可以定位为文化汇聚功能、旅游体验功能、农旅互助功能、智慧服务功能。

摘 要：
Realizing the integration and development of agriculture and tourism is a new trend in the transformation of pastoral functions in the city. Based on the comprehensive analysis of AHP and SWOT,the pastoral cultural development in Huazhong Industrial New Town in Qianjiang city can adopt the aggressive tourism development strategy of key breakthroughs,supply supplement,industrial integration and regional linkage. Through the analysis of the development strategy,the tourism function of the planning area can be positioned as a convergence function,a tourism experience function,a rural tourism mutual assistance function,and a smart service function.
