摘 要:
为研究聚肌胞(polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid,PolyI:C)对鸡新城疫疫苗免疫效果的影响,在肉仔鸡7日龄免疫的前后注射PolyI:C,并测定各处理组中雏鸡血清抗体水平。结果显示,免疫之前48、24和12h注射PolyI:C,雏鸡血液中抗体效价仅在10日龄明显升高;免疫新城疫疫苗的同时及免疫之后12、24h注射PolyI:C,9~12日龄雏鸡血清抗体滴度均明显提高。PolyI:C可以提高雏鸡免疫抗体滴度,对由弱毒苗刺激的免疫反应具有调理作用。

摘 要:
To investigate the effect of polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid(PolyI:C)on immune response of Newcastle disease(ND) vaccine in chickens,PolyI:C was injected at different time before and after NDV vaccination at seven days age,and antibody titers were tested.The results showed that antibody titers of the groups administrated with PolyI:C at the time of 48 h,24 h and 12 h before vaccinating were higher than that of control only at 10-day-old.The antibody titers of the groups injected with PolyI:C at the same time or at the time of 12 h,24 h after NDV vaccination were higher than that of control from 9-day-old to 12-day-old.It could be concluded that the antibody level stimulated with NDV could be elevated by PolyI:C via its immunological modulation.
