蓖齿眼子菜对栅藻和微囊藻的他感作用及其参数

摘  要:
主要报道篦齿眼子菜 (俗称红线草 )的种植水抽滤液对栅藻、微囊藻生长的他感作用试验。应用修正的逻辑斯谛 (Logistic)方程和Lotka Volterra种群竞争模型来计算篦齿眼子菜对藻类的他感作用参数。纯培养试验结果表明 :种植水抽滤液对栅藻生物量和生长率都有一定的促进作用。当浓度大于等于 5 0 %时 ,对栅藻生长的影响则是有抑制效应 ,他感作用效应与种植水的浓度没有明显的相关性 ,他感作用参数平均为 - 0 0 2 6。所有浓度设对照。微囊藻的生长都有明显的抑制作用 ,他感作用参数平均为 - 0 2 37。共培养试验结果表明 :篦齿眼子菜种植水抽滤液对纯培养试验结果有放大效应。所有的种植水抽滤液浓度对栅藻生长都起促进作用 ,对栅藻的生物量效应、生长率存在明显的对数正相关 ,但与他感作用参数的相关不明显 ,共培养的他感作用参数平均为 0 0 2 0 ;对微囊藻生长抑制作用更加明显 ,共培养的他感作用参数平均为 - 0 4 2 0。不管是纯培养还是共培养中 ,种植水抽滤液对栅藻的他感作用系数值都很低 ;而种植水抽滤液浓度对微囊藻的生物量效应、生长率或他感作用的参数都存在明显的线性负相关 ,并且他感作用系数值约高一个数量级

摘  要:
It is reported in this paper that the results of allolepathy test of P. pectinatus L on Scenedesmus obliquus(Chlorophyta)and Microcystis aeruginosa(Cyanobacteria)with the filtrate of liquious cultured the macrophyte. Both macrophytes and phytoplankton are primary producer,and play the similar key role for material cycle and energy flow in aquatic ecosystem. Although there are many reports on the competition of nutrient and light between both of them,the biochemical interference of secreting substance from these primary producer is another important thing. Now the allelopathy of macrophytes on algae were paid more and more attention,by the reason how to control the pollution of cyanobacterial bloom. For the first time,we try to illustrate the qualitatively ecological significance of the allelopathy with bioassay approaches to calculate the allolepathic effect of biomass(E b),of growth rate effect(E r)and the coefficient(E t). Macrophyte(FW 16.7g·L -1)was acclimated and cultured in a 20×20×20cm glass-ware with 6 liter of DD-water in greenhouse for two weeks,temperature keeping in 28℃ and irradiation intensity in 4000lx. Then the liquious cultured P. pectinatus L. was filtered with diameter of 0.45μm and 0.22 μm NAA filter. In algal bioassay the cultivate medium were prepared by the description of Algal Assay Medium(AAM), which contains 1%?10%?25%?50%?75%and 90% the filtrate respectively. On the pure culture experiment,the allolepathy parameter of P. pectinatus on these algae was derived from the modified Logistic equation;and on mixed culture experiment,the allolepathy parameter from the modified Lotka-Volterra model. On pure culture, it was shown that there is a promotion on biomass and growth rate of S. obliquus cultured in the concentration of the filtrate less than 50%,while certain inhibition with that equal to or more than 50%. It is no relationship that regression analysis between the filtrate concentration(x)and the allolepathy. It is a significant inhibition on the growth of M. aeruginosa with any concentration of the filtrate. The regression analysis between the filtrate concentration(x)and the allolepathy is negative linear relationship. The regression equation of E b and x is E b=-0.6558x-0.4343(R 2=0.9268);of E r and x∶E r=-0.835x-0.2717(R 2=0.9781);of E t and x∶E t=-0.3514x-0.0903(R 2=0.9801). On mixed culture:the results of pure culture was magnified in some extent. In any level of concentration of the filtrate,the growth of S. obliquus was promoted. The regression analysis between the filtrate concentration and the allolepathy parameter is positive logarithm relationship. E b and x is E b=0.3308Ln(x)+1. 5418,(R 2=0.9533);E r and x is E r=0.0341 Ln(x)+0.1783,(R 2=0.9755);but C t and x,there is no relationship with any significantly regression. The growth of M. aeruginosa inhibited seriously. The regression analysis between the filtrate concentration and the allolepathy parameter is negative linear relationship. E b and x is E b=-0.1702x-0.8487(R 2=0.847);E r and x is E r=-0.4092x-0.6618(R 2=0.9061);C t and x is C t=-0.3207x-0.3069,(R 2=0.9663).
