白玉簪离体快速繁殖的研究

摘 要：
以白玉簪(Hosta plantaginea Aschers)茎芽为外植体,MS为基本培养基,通过添加不同质量浓度的细胞分裂素(6-BA、ZT)和生长素(NAA)进行离体繁殖。结果表明:培养基中添加6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L不定芽增殖率最高,增殖倍数达到3.9,玉米素(ZT)对幼芽的增殖效果不如6-BA;NAA质量浓度0.05~1.0 mg/L都能诱导白玉簪生根,生根率达93%以上。

摘 要：
A study was conducted on tissue culture and rapid propagation in vitro of the Hosta plantaginea,which took stem bud as explants and was cultured on the MS added with different concentration of the cytokinin(6-BA,ZT) and the auxin(NAA).The results indicated that the most suitable culture condition of adventitious bud was 6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,rather than ZT,propagation multiple amounts to 3.9.Root can be induced within concentration of NAA 0.05—1.0 mg/L,rooting rate was over 93%.
