摘  要:
纳米技术是在纳米尺度理解、控制和操纵物质世界的一项新技术,已在材料、化工、医药、食品等领域得到了广泛的应用。介绍了食品纳米技术与纳米食品,综述了纳米技术在食品包装、加工与安全检测方面的应用,并对纳米食品潜在的食品安全问题进行了探讨。

摘  要:
Nanotechnology was a new technology of understanding, controlling, and manipulating matters at the nanoscale. It had been widely used in the fields of materials, chemical industry, medicine, food, and so on. This paper had a brief introduction on food nanotechnology and nano -food. Application of nanotechnology on food packing, processing and safety detecting was summarized. The potential safety issues of nano-food were still discussed.
