摘 要:
利用不同碱性pH值的培养液处理小麦幼苗,研究在碱性pH环境胁迫下小麦植株体内保护酶活性的变化.结果表明:在碱性pH处理下,小麦幼苗SOD、CAT和POD3种保护酶活性呈现动态变化,处理12 h酶活性已开始发生变化,处理72 h不同处理间又都趋于对照水平.同一植株体内,叶片的酶活性变化时间出现的比根系稍晚.品种本身CAT和POD酶活性大的,不同pH处理间的变化幅度较小,而SOD活性呈现相反的情况.碱性pH胁迫条件下,小麦品种本身保护酶活性的大小能反映对碱性pH值的耐性强弱,且根系酶活性变化动态更能够反映植株自身应对不良环境的能力.

摘 要:
To study the change of defense enzyme activity of wheat seedling under alkaline pH conditions,different alkaline pH solutions were used to cultivate wheat seedling.The results showed that SOD,CAT and POD activities showed dynamic changes after treatment with different pH solutions.The activity change had begun at 12 h after treatment.At 72 h after treatment,the enzyme activities of different pH treatments were near that the control pH condition.Among the same plant,the enzyme activity changes in leaves were later than that in root.The greater of intrinsic CAT and POD activity of the variety,the change degree was the smaller among different pH treatments.The SOD activity,however,showed the reverse phenomenon.It is speculated that the strength of tolerant to alkaline pH stress depended on the inherent activity of defense enzymes of variety in wheat seedling.And the change degree of enzyme activity in root was taken to reflect the ability of defense to alkaline pH stress in wheat plant.
