指出了福山区立足林情实际,积极探索研究公益林保险工作经验,通过对全区公益林数据的调查摸底,掌握准确全面的公益林数据,以此作为基础确定了参保面积数、参保金额,并针对公益林保险合同中的难点问题进行了调研,确保了公益林保险实施过程中的可行性和可操作性,促使公益林保险合同顺利签订;同时,全区在公益林保险理赔方面做了大量的工作,明确了保险理赔各种情形的认定和解释,方便了公益林保险的理赔,使公益林保险这样一个实实在在的惠民政策落实到了实处。

摘  要：
Based on actual forestry conditions, Fushan District actively explores the experience of public welfare forest insurance. Through the investigation of the public welfare forest data of the whole district, it grasps the accurate and comprehensive public welfare forest data, and uses this as the basis to determine the number of insured areas and the amount of insurance.The feasibility and operability are ensured in the process of public welfare forest insurance implementation, which promotes the successful signing of the public welfare forest insurance contract. At the same time, our district has done a lot in the public welfare forest insurance claims. The work has clarified the identification and interpretation of various situations of insurance claims, and facilitated the settlement of public welfare forest insurance, so that the real welfare policy of public welfare forest insurance has been implemented.
