花椒芽菜属于体芽菜,即采摘花椒树上的幼嫩枝、叶和芽为菜,具有独特的风味,且营养极其丰富,备受人们的青睐和喜爱。近年来,在花椒芽菜日光温室栽培的基础上,深入研究了露地网棚囤栽培技术,取得了明显效果,为平顺县大力发展经济作物提供了新技术。

摘  要：
Pepper sprouts, with unique flavor and rich nutrition, are belong to body sprouts and are highly favoredand loved. In recent years,based on the cultivation techniques of pepper sprouts in solar greenhouse,someone have studied the cultivation techniques of open network shed and obtained apparent effect,and provide a new technology for the development of economic crops in Pingshun county.
