一次海冰对持续强冷空气过程的响应分析

摘  要:
通过对2010年1月上旬的影响山东海域的持续强冷空气过程分析,认为黄河气旋和较强冷平流造成的大风、低温和降雪是造成海冰灾害发生并发展的重要因素,当持续低温出现后,东北风盛行的天气形势下,往往有海冰发生发展,同时就做好海冰灾前防范和灾后应急工作提出了建议。

摘  要:
The process of the attack of continuous strong cold air affecting sea area in Shandong Province occurring in early January of 2010 was conducted. The results showed that Yellow River cyclone, and strong wind, low temperature and snowfall caused by stronger cold advection were the key factors causing the occurrence and development of the later sea ice hazard. With the occurrence of continuous low temperature, as well as the prevailing Northeaster, sea ice often occurred and developed. Finally, the paper put forward suggestions for the prevention before sea ice hazard and emergency management after hazard.
