摘  要：
蚕桑产业是一个传统特色产业,具有比较效益高、生态功能强、资源开发空间大的特点。根据该产业在湖南省的发展现状,总结出了其发展特点、潜力与优势;紧跟现代蚕桑产业省力、高效、多元、生态发展方向与全省资源节约、环境友好的战略需求,确定了蚕桑产业"十三五"发展的战略定位和目标;最后从合理规划布局、完善宏观调控手段、依靠科技创新、建设现代蚕桑示范园区、积极扶持龙头企业、大力挖掘丝绸文化内涵等方面提出了"十三五"期间湖南省蚕桑产业发展建议。

摘  要：
Sericulture industry is a traditional and special industry in our province, with the features of high comparative benefit, strong ecological function and considerable exploitation potential. According to the current situation of the development of sericulture industry in our province, this paper summarized the characteristics, potentiality and superiority of development. Keeping up with the modern sericulture development goals, such as labor-saving cultivation, high-efficient industry, multilateral development, ecological cycle, as well as the strategic objective of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, the strategic orientation and target of sericulture industry development during ‘ 13thfive-year plan' were put forward in Hunan. Meanwhile, some suggestions were proposed, such as rational planning distribution, improving the means of macroscopic regulation, relying on scientific and technological innovation, developing demonstration districts of modern sericulture, breeding top corporations to popularize farmer cooperation organizations and deeply excavating cultural connotation of silk.
