一种新型的、适宜经济欠发达地区的城市与高校共建图书馆模式悄然兴起,通过广泛调研、考察论证,针对当前公共图书馆功能逐渐萎缩,高校图书馆社会服务职能缺失的现状,理性提出了城市与高校共建图书馆的必要性和共建图书馆的应用模式。分析了城市与高校共建图书馆的可行性;解读共建图书馆的定位、特征、体制与职能。

摘  要：
A new model and appropriate forthe economy in underdeveloped regions of the city and university libraries to build a library was quietly raised,this essay through extensive research and the demonstration inspection,in view of the current functions gradually shrinking of public libraries,the status quo of university libraries lack the social service functions,rational raised the necessity to build the library in union of city and university and the application model.Analysis the feasibility of the city and university Library to build library in union;interoperated of the location,characteristics,institutions and functions of library in union.
