劳动力老龄化对农业现代化的影响——以河南省为例

摘  要：
目前,河南正处于全面深化农村改革、大力发展农业现代化的关键时期,而农业劳动力老龄化形势严峻,给农业生产带来不利影响。随着城市化的不断推进,农村大量青壮年劳动力选择进城务工,留守老人从事传统农业生产,受体力和知识的限制,农业生产效率逐年递减,严重威胁我国粮食生产安全。为实现农业现代化的顺利推进,必须加快培养新型职业化农民,拉大农业补贴的差别效益,树立农民、农村新形象。

摘  要：
At present, Henan is in a critical period of deepening the rural reform, vigorously develop the agricultural modernization,and the aging trend of the agricultural labor force is grim, which brings adverse effects to agricultural production. With the continuous advance of urbanization, rural areas a large number of young workers choose migrant workers, left behind old people engaged in traditional agricultural production, limited by the physical and intellectual, and decreasing the efficiency of agricultural production,serious harm to the safety of China's grain production. To promote the agricultural modernization, we must speed up the cultivation of new professional farmers, pull the difference benefits of agricultural subsidies, and establish a new image of farmers and rural areas.
