转录组学技术及其在瓜菜作物上的应用

摘  要:
转录组学技术作为植物功能基因组学研究的重要手段,近年来在瓜菜作物上也有不少成功应用。运用转录组学技术,可以从转录水平上探究瓜菜作物在特定发育阶段或特定生理状态下的基因功能和基因结构,从而为了解瓜菜作物在不同条件下的发育调控及胁迫响应机制提供数据基础。本文主要介绍了转录组学的技术方法及转录组学技术在西瓜、甜瓜、黄瓜、番茄和西兰花等瓜菜作物上的应用,最后展望了转录组学技术在瓜菜作物研究中的应用前景。

摘  要:
Transcriptome has been developed as an powerful tool for plant functional genomics,and also successfully applied in cucurbit and vegetable crops. We can explore gene function and structure of cucurbit and vegetable crops in specific developmental stages or specific physiological state at transcriptional level by this technique. Accordingly,we can understand the development regulation and the stress response mechanism of cucurbit and vegetable crops under different enviroment. This paper mainly summarise the methods of transcriptome sequencing and the application in cucurbit and vegetable crops. Finally,the prospect of the transcriptome in cucurbit and vegetable crops research is proposed.
