浙江大盘山映山红菌根真菌的分离和鉴定

摘  要:
以浙江大盘山保护区的映山红(Rhododendron simsii)为试材,采用菌落形态分类和rDNA ITS序列分析方法,研究了野生映山红的菌根真菌种类及其组成,以期为栽培杜鹃花的菌根菌剂研发提供菌种参考依据.结果表明:映山红菌根真菌的8个菌种类型均属于子囊菌门,其中5个菌种类型14个菌株都属于Helotiales锤舌菌目,占菌种类型总数的62.5%和菌株总数的66.67%;3个优势菌种类型N5 Phialocephala fortinii、N7 Ilyonectria leucospermi、N8 Nemania sp.分别占菌株总数的42.86%、14.29%和14.29%;此外,还有Rhizodermea veluwensis、Pezicula ericae、Oidiodendron sp.、Helotiales sp.、Uncultured Chaetomium等菌种类型.

摘  要:
Rhododendron simsii in Dapanshan,Zhejiang were taken as experimental material,by means of classification based on colony characteristics and rDNA ITS sequence analysis,mycorrhizal fungi composition of wild Rhododendron simsii was studied,in order to provide references for mycorrhizal fungi inoculant development for cultivated Rhododendrons.The results showed that,all the 8 mycorrhizal fungi species of Rhododendron simsii belonged to Ascomycota,of which 14 strains in 5 mycorrhizal fungi species belonged to Helotiales,accounting for 62.5% of the total species and 66.67% of the total strains;3 dominant mycorrhizal fungi species Phialocephala fortinii,Ilyonectria leucospermi,Nemania sp. respectively accounting for 42.86%,14.29%,14.29% of the total strains;other mycorrhizal fungi species including Rhizodermea veluwensis,Pezicula ericae,Oidiodendron sp.,Helotiales sp.,Uncultured Chaetomium.
