R_i质粒转化银杏及影响其产生黄酮的研究

摘  要:
本研究用R i质粒转化银杏获转化根及转化愈伤组织。通过southern杂交证实为转化愈伤组织,并且研究不同培养条件对转化愈伤组织产生次级代谢物黄酮的作用。

摘  要:
The Ginkgo biloba was transformed by Ri plasmid and the callus was tested by the way of southern blot.The effect of different culture conditions on the flavonoids concentration was studied.
