水曲柳根系径级和序级结构特性分析

以生长在同一立地条件的不同年龄水曲柳为研究对象,采用加拿大Epson Twain Pro扫描仪获取形态结构图像,并用专业的根系形态学和结构分析应用系统Winrhizo软件,对不同年龄阶段水曲柳的根系长度、根系表面积、根系体积、根系平均直径、根系数量等形态特征指标进行测定分析。结果表明:不同年龄阶段水曲柳在根系结构上有良好的一致性,即直径<1 mm根系数量、根系连接数量、根系长度和根系表面积均占据其总量的多数;直径<2 mm根系数量、根系长度和根系表面积是根系总量的80%以上;0序级~3序级根系连接数和根系表面积占所有序级根系连接数和表面积的65%以上。根系累计连接数、根系累计长度和根系累计表面积变化在根系直径1 mm左右趋于稳定,直径<1 mm根系恰恰是周转速度较快的根系群体。因此,根据形态结构和功能间的关系,水曲柳根系径级宜划分为<1 mm,1 mm~2 mm,2 mm~5 mm,>5 mm等;如果将根系序级与径级相结合,将能更好地反映出根系的功能。

摘  要:
Diameter and order characteristics of root systems of Fraxinus mandshurica trees in different ages which grew in the same site were discussed in the paper. The root morphological images were obtained by using Epson Twain Pro scanner made in Canada,and the root morphological characteristics such as length,surface area,volume,orders and number of root system of Fraxinus mandshurica were analyzed with Winrhizo software. The results showed that root morphology of Fraxinus mandshurica was consistent good in all ages,in which the root links,length and surface area of root in diameter of< 1 mm accounted for majority of the total root while that of roots in diameter of < 2 mm accounted for 80% in root system.And links,surface area of root in order of 0 ~ 3 accounted for 65% of total root. The changes of accumulative root links,accumulative root length and accumulative root surface area tended to be stable in diameter of 1 mm approximately,meanwhile the turnover rate of root in diameter of < 1 mm were rapider. Thus,it was reasonable for Fraxinus mandshurica that the root diameter could be divided into < 1 mm,1 mm ~ 2 mm,2 mm ~ 5 mm,> 5 mm according to the relationship between root morphology and function. The root function could be reflected well if the combination of root order and root diameter could be considered.
