本文从交易成本的视角,对税费改革后农村公共产品筹资与供给中的交易成本问题进行探讨。在此基础上对未来政策选择进行简要讨论,提出应当用“政府筹资、民间供给”的思路解决税费改革后农村公共产品供给问题。
