扶贫视域下的森林碳汇研究综述

摘  要：
随着碳汇造林再造林项目的广泛开展,有关森林碳汇与反贫困问题已成为近年来国内外森林碳汇研究普遍关注的议题。本文在回顾森林碳汇扶贫提出背景及其演进历程的基础上,对扶贫视域下的森林碳汇研究进展进行了梳理,认为贫困人口受益和发展机会创造、森林碳增汇与扶贫的权衡关系是发掘森林碳汇减贫潜力、深入开展森林碳汇扶贫研究的基本科学问题。

摘  要：
With the extensive development of carbon sink afforestation and reforestation projects,recently the relation between Carbon Sink Projects and poverty alleviation becomes a research focus at home and abroad. This paper summarizes and concludes the research progress of Pro-Poor Forest Carbon Sink based on reviewing the background of Pro-Poor CDM Forest Carbon Sink and its evolution course. The result shows that how to benefit the poor,increase development opportunities and keep the balance between Forest Carbon Sinks increase and poverty alleviation are major scientific questions which can help to explore the potential of Pro-Poor Forest Carbon Sink and carry out a further research of it.
