优质专用小麦的生产与发展策略

摘  要：
本文较为详细地介绍了优质专用小麦的生产和品质现状 ,指出小麦专用品种在我国仅占 1 0 % ,而在发达国家达 80 % ,我国与发达国家在专用品种生产应用方面存在较大差距。随着我国加入世贸组织 ,国外优质小麦对国内小麦生产必将产生冲击 ,对此提出了优质小麦的发展策略。另外 ,给出了优质专用小麦的种类与品质评价标准 ,并简要介绍了陕西省几个优质专用小麦品种的品质特征。

摘  要：
This paper introduced the status of the production and quality of wheat varieties for specific end-uses. There were only 10 percent of wheat varieties for specific end-uses in China. However, 80 percent in the developed countries. If China joined in the WTO, foreign quality wheat varieties could have a great effect on Chinese wheat varieties. Therefore, the development strategy was given by the author in this paper. The standard and characters of quality wheat varieties also were introduced.
