摘 要：
The significance of protection and development of rural intangible cultural heritage were analyzed from perspectives of rural cultural harmony,cultural innovation and development of cultural industry.Based on the analysis,the present protection and development of rural intangible cultural heritage in Shaanxi Province was combined to put forward all-dimensional countermeasures covering government,inheritors,NGO and the public for the effective protection and rational development of its rural intangible cultural heritage.
