文章综述了莽草酸的理化性质、制备途径及生物学功能,重点探讨了莽草酸的来源,提取分离和纯化方法以及在抗菌抗肿瘤、抗心血管疾病、抗炎镇痛、抗禽流感等方面的应用。

摘  要:
The research progress on physicochemical property, preparation methods and biological function of shikimic acid were summarized in this paper. The review focus on different approaches of shikimic acid extraction,separation and purification; and biological function of shikimic acid, such as antibacterial, antitumor, antithrombus,anti-inflammatory and anti-HIV etc.
