摘  要：
During the Twelve Five Year Period,,in order to actively respond to global climate change,China will significantly reduce energy consumption intensity and carbon dioxide intensity as a binding target,while a carbon tax as the indicators of economic policy can play a supporting role.The introduction of a carbon tax can reduce greenhouse gas emissions,promote economic pattern,and developing the low-carbon economy,etc.,but it may have some negative impacts on GDP in the short term.In general,to collect carbon tax will promote the sustainable development of China's economy.
