扁穗牛鞭草幼穗分化过程及与外部形态关系的研究

摘  要:
采用显微镜常规解剖法对六倍体扁穗牛鞭草的幼穗分化过程进行观察,并对其与外部形态的关系进行了研究。结果表明:六倍体扁穗牛鞭草幼穗分化是一个连续不间断的过程,可分为6个时期(初生期、伸长期、结节期、小穗分化期、小花分化期和孕穗期);当完全展开叶片数大于12片时,扁穗牛鞭草开始由营养生长逐渐向生殖生长转变;幼穗分化进入伸长期后,第一展开叶面积、第一茎节到茎尖距离与幼穗分化呈显著负相关,相关系数分别为-0.8906、-0.9027,第一展开叶面积、第一茎节到茎尖距离可作为判断幼穗分化各阶段的外部形态指标;当扁穗牛鞭草出现"双0叶环"时,幼穗分化完成,开始进入抽穗期。

摘  要:
For the sake of learning about the process of young spike differentiation of Hemarthria compressa and finding the relationship between the differentiation and morphological characteristics,the experiments were conducted to observe the differentiation by using the conventional microdissection and to research the relationship,expected to provide reference to the research of reproductive ecology and theoretical basis for production practice.The results indicated that young spike differentiation of Hemarthria compressa was a consecutive process divided into six stages:vegetative stage,elongation stage,single ridge stage,spilelet protuberances stage,floret initiation stage,booting stage.When the number of fully expanded leaf was more than 12,Hemarthria compressa started to change from vegetative growth to reproductive growth;after the spike differentiation entering the elongation stage,the area of the first expanded leaf(AFL)and the distance from first internodes to stem tip(FS)were significantly negative correlated with the differentiation of young spike,the linear correlation were-0.8906 and-0.9027;AFL and FS could be used as morphological index of each stage to judge the stage of young spike differentiation; When the"double 0leaf joint"appeared,the spike differentiation was finished,and earing began.
