基于Creo2.0的复杂曲面零件逆向工程实践

摘  要:
逆向工程技术是现代产品设计、分析的一种重要手段,已经广泛应用于机械制造业各个领域。对机械产品逆向工程的流程进行了梳理,并以一款犁体栅条零件为例,提出了以点云数据为参考,运用Creo2.0软件构建复杂曲面实体三维模型的一般方法。根据不同零件要求,有针对性地提出了创建模型过程中的关键性要点,并对多个基于Creo2.0的犁体曲面零件的建模实例进行了探讨。

摘  要:
The process of reverse engineering of mechanical products is arranged,and a plow body grating part is used as an example. A general method of making solid 3D model of complex surface with Creo2.0 software is put forward by using point cloud data as reference. According to the requirements of different parts,the key points in the process of creating the model are put forward,and the modeling examples of ploughing parts are discussed using Creo2.0 software.
