森林资源档案数据更新是森林资源管理工作中的难点之一,应用现代先进技术和手段实施森林资源档案数据更新,是实现林业信息化管理的基本要求。论述运用GIS技术进行森林资源档案数据更新的方法,分析湖南省在应用GIS技术进行森林资源档案数据更新工作中存在的问题,对解决问题的方法和途径进行探讨。

摘  要：
The renewal of forest resource archive data is one of the difficult points under forest resource management.It is the basic requirements to realize forestry infomationization management,to carry out the renewal of forest resource archive data by applying modern advanced technology and methods.The method for using GIS technology to engage in the renewal of forest resource archive data is expounded,and the existed problems from the renewal of forest resource archive data by using GIS technology in Hunan Province are also analyzed.Finally,the methods and channels to solve these problems are dicussed.
