党支部是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。为落实全面从严治党要求,着力加强基层党组织建设,中国林业科学研究院分党组在认真学习领会习近平总书记加强基层党组织建设重要思想基础上,认真分析研究了当前基层党支部建设存在的突出问题,提出要紧紧抓住基层党支部建设的关键环节,切实加强组织领导,真正把党支部建设工作抓在手上、落到实处。

摘  要：
The Party branch is the foundation of the whole work and fighting capacity of the Party. In order to implement the requirements of comprehensively strengthen Party discipline,and strengthen the construction of basic-level party organization,based on seriously learning and understanding the Xi Jinping important thought on strengthening the construction of basic-level party organization,the branch committee of the Communist Party of China( CPC) of Chinese Academy of forestry( CAF) analysis the problems of the construction of basic-level party organization,and propose that the key link of the construction of basic-level party organization should be firmly grasped to strengthen leadership of the organization and make sure that the construction of the Party branch can be advanced and implemented.
