摘 要:
分别利用紫外线(UV)、亚硝基胍(MNNG)、离子注入3种方法对灰褐链霉菌S1001进行诱变,对突变株的产酶能力进行比较.结果表明,离子注入诱变具有正变率高(20%)、正变幅度大(40.9%)等优点,对该菌是一种较好的诱变方法.

摘 要:
Using UV,MNNG,ion-implantation respecticely,experiments were conducted on the Streptomyces griseofuscus (1001) to compare the mutants' chitinase-producing ability.The results show that ion-implantation has the following advantages:high positive rate;large improved range of chitinase-producing capability of the mutation.Ion-implantation mutagenesis on Streptomyces griseofuscus is better and more effective.
