2012年沂河华沂站水情分析

摘 要:
介绍了沂河华沂站的概况及观测设备和基本观测要求,对2012年水情、频率、历史洪水进行分析,结果表明:沂河东调南下50年一遇工程治理措施使沂河徐州下游段行洪能力增强;通过20年一遇工程治理、50年一遇工程治理后,沂河华沂段的行洪能力较1993年大有改观,接近20世纪70年代水平,还达不到20世纪60年代水平,但考虑堤防加高因素,该河段的防洪能力基本达到了历史最高水平,沂河徐州境内段实施30年一遇工程治理措施效果较好。

摘 要:
The Huayi Station of Yihe River survey and observation equipment and the basic conditions of observation were introduced,water regime on 2012,frequency,andthe historical flood were analyzed. The results showed that: through the control measures of Yihe River South East Tune once in 50 years project,the flood discharge capacity of Yihe River downstream section was enhanced;Through the control measures of once in 20 years project and once in 50 years project,flood discharge capacity of Huayi section of Yihe River was improved dramatically compared to that in 1993,and it's close to the level in 1970 s,but not yet reached the level in 1960 s. Considering the wary of heightening factors,the river flood control capacity of basic reached the highest level in history,and implementation effect of project once in 30 years of the Yihe River Xuzhou territory was good.
