摘  要:
[目的]建立韭菜中34种农药残留同时检测的气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)确证方法。[方法]选用乙腈-乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂,采用改进了的QuEchERS法为净化方法,气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS/MS),多反应离子监测模式,内标法定量。[结果]在0.01~5.0 mg/L的质量浓度范围内,各农药相关系数均大于0.995,每种农药在不同基质中,添加0.005~0.1 mg/kg范围内(n=5),回收率为61.4%~116.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.7%~15.8%。[结论]方法准确性和重复性好、灵敏度高、操作简便,适用于韭菜类复杂基质蔬菜中多种农药残留的同时测定。

摘  要:
[Aims] This experiment established a method of simultaneous determining 34 pesticides residues in leek by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) was established.[Methods] Mixture of acetonitrile and ethyl acetate was used as the extraction solvent,improved QuEchERS method was adopted for sample purifying.Samples were determined and quantified through internal standard mothod by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) in the multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM).[Results] The results showed that in the linear range(0.01-5.0 mg/L) of each pesticide,the linearity of all the pesticides had correlation coefficient greater than 0.995.The recoveries of every kind of pesticides in different substrates were 61.4-116.3% at the spiked level of 0.005-0.1 mg/kg range(n=5),the relative standard deviations(RSD) were 4.7-15.8%.[Conclusions] The method was accurate,repeatableb simple and highly sensitive which was suitable for simultaneous determination of multiple pesticide residues in leek complex matrix vegetables.
