氟虫腈检测方法研究进展

摘  要:
氟虫腈是含氟吡唑类广谱性杀虫剂,活性高且应用范围广,但是其生物毒性对环境会产生危害.论文综述了目前国内外氟虫腈残留危害及其检测方面的研究方法和成果,用于氟虫腈药物残留检测的方法主要有气相色谱法、液相色谱-串联质谱法、高效液相色谱法、电子捕获和质谱检测的气相色谱法、酶联免疫吸附测定法等,在此基础上进行了合理的展望,以期为今后研究和开发新型氟虫腈药物残留检测方法提供参考.

摘  要:
Fipronil is a broad spectrum insecticide containing pyrazolone,which has high activity and wide application,but its biological toxicity can cause harm to the environment.In this paper,the current research methods and achievements in the determination of fipronil residues in domestic and foreign countries were reviewed.The main methods for the determination of fipronil residues are gas chromatography,liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,high performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography with electron capture and mass spectrometry,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,etc.Based on this,reasonable expectations were made for the purpose of providing reference for the future research and development of a novel method for the determination of fipronil residues.
