粮食和食物安全专题服务平台研究

摘  要：
明确了粮食和食物安全领域的科研需求,梳理了资源的类型、来源及其整合组织与建设,设计了粮食和食物安全专题服务平台的总体框架,展示了平台的技术架构、系统功能及部署,并从运维管理制度规范、学科馆员和专题平台建设与服务推广运维队伍、运维管理系统等方面介绍平台运维管理工作,保证专题服务平台稳定、高效、可持续的运行。构建的面向我国粮食和食物安全科研领域的专题知识服务与支撑技术平台可满足粮食和食物安全领域科研用户个性化、深层次、嵌入解决科学问题全过程的专题知识服务需求。

摘  要：
Based on the need for scientific research in the field of grain and food security clearly,this paper reviewed the type,the source,integration organization and construction of resources,designed the overall framework of the platform,and showed the technical architecture diagram,the system functions and deployment of platform. To ensure the special service platform stable,efficient and sustainable operation,the paper introduced platform operation and maintenance management in views of the operation and maintenance management system standard,subject librarian,thematic aspects of the construction and service platform. The special subject knowledge service system could meet researchers' needs of knowledge services with individualization,deep level and the whole process of embedding to solve scientific problems in the field of food security and food safety.
